In the Name of the Sole Creator

We are the heads of the three existing in Azerbaijan religious confessions, addressing to the all people of the world, regardless of national, religious, race identity, to the world leaders, to the parliaments and international organizations, responsible for the human's fate.

We believe, it's difficult to find the man of sense in the world, who rejecting the ideals of humanism justified these sorts of inhuman acts, such as violence, aggression and murder. All the religions of the world condemn the massacre of the Innocents people, impress on ideals of brotherhood and friendship. The Sole Creator the Most High made all of us, and that is Him who gave us the live, which is sacred property. Therefore encroachment on human's live, which is the decoration of the World - is unforgivable sin against the Most High.

In human history caused many tragedies, occurred the events, which is not peculiar to human being. These sad events stamped on each nation's memory. In XX century the Azerbaijan nation also became the victim of tragedy. However, the hardest blow of our people, who repeatedly was exposed to deportation and genocide during the whole century, went trough many sorrow - is Khojali genocide, which is sill felt in ours hearts. 11 years has already passed since that day, when Armenian armed groups razed to the ground Azerbaijani Khojali city with population more than 10 thousand people. Not one of Azerbaijanian forgot Khojali tragedy, massacre of thousand peaceful, unarmed, defenceless people, when the murders didn't spare even women, children and olds, sneered at dead men's bodies. For 11 years we proclaimed to the whole world about Khojali tragedy, wait support from world community, demand the aggressor to be punished. But unfortunately, humanity sill apprehend with indifference to our equitable request, the international organizations prefer to keep silent, when the question is this tragedy.

Armenians using everywhere their myth about "historical sorrows" are appearing with cynical declaration that they were victims of "genocide". And being inspired of their impunity occupied 20% of Azerbaijani territory, continually try to break regime of cease-fire. In order to imagine entirely the real tragedy of our people, enough to remind, that Azerbaijan is the only country, where every eighth resident is the refugee. Million people was expatriate from homeland, everything they earned was robed, the mosques, cemeteries, ancient memorials were destroyed, appropriated the historical documents and objects, in a one word another's history was appropriated... That is real genocide!

The impunity mongers for new crimes. If the culprits of Khojali genocide in time were identically damned and punished by world community, it would have served serious warning for offenders and would have prevented the new terrorist acts. We perceived committed in USA on September 11 monstrous terrorist act as an unforgivable sin abusive sacred fillings, honour and dignity all people, independently of national, religious identity, shearing the sorrow and anger of Americans nation. We claimed, that the terrorists committed this ominous act, deserve the severest punishment. We believe that the whole humanity will agree with us and definitely condemn any kind of terror, including the crimes, committed by armenian separatists.

Today the world community have to make a choice: to close the eyes to inconceivable crimes of aggressive Armenia, support committed by armenian massacres, genocide, which contradict to human's moral and international law, or to demonstrate the solidarity with Azerbaijan, which became victim of Armenian aggression and also misinformation, extending by Armenian lobby in the whole world.

We call for whole world community not to stay indifferent to tragedy of Azerbaijan people, to give the principal legal assessment to committed in Khojali monstrous tragedy, to be unite with us in peaceful settlement Armenian-Azerbaijani and Garabakh conflicts, respond to our fair voice.

Helping to each other for truth, justice and conscience we are doing the good deed to our Creator. Let the Most High will not spare for us His mercy and charity at this way!
